Job summary

ByteDance is seeking an MBA graduate to join the Finance BP - Global Products and Functions as a Project Management Office Associate in Singapore. You will work directly with the head of Finance BP and senior finance leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives, enable strategic decision-making, and ensure execution of high-impact projects.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance or related discipline required.
Solid finance background with experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or related fields.
Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities, with cross-functional leadership experience.
Collaborative mindset with ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
High integrity, discretion, and professionalism with confidential information.
Working proficiency in Mandarin and English is required for cross-market communication.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance leadership to manage strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
Create clear executive-level communications, presentations, and narratives for decision-making.
Drive program governance with tracking of deliverables, timelines, and risks.
Collaborate across Finance, BUs, and Corporate Functions to align on objectives.
Synthesize financial and operational data into actionable insights for executives.
Support annual and quarterly business planning and financial reviews.
Work with Ads, E-commerce, Live, and ByteDance FBP teams to develop business domain expertise.
