Job summary

ByteDance Singapore is seeking a high-performing MBA graduate to join our Finance BP - Global Products and Functions as a Project Management Office Associate. You will work directly with the head of Finance BP and senior finance leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure high-impact projects are executed effectively.

This role requires strong financial acumen, executive communication, and the ability to partner across Finance, Business Units, and Corporate Functions, including

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or related discipline.
• Solid finance background with experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Working proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance leadership to manage execution of strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop executive-level communications, presentations, and narratives to support decision-making.
• Drive program governance with tracking of deliverables, timelines, and risks.
• Collaborate across Finance, Business Units, and Corporate Functions to align on objectives.
• Synthesize financial and operational information into actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Support annual and quarterly business planning, financial reviews, and strategic updates.
• Collaborate with Ads, E-commerce, Live, and ByteDance FBP teams to execute key projects.
