Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a capable project coordinator to drive planning, scheduling, and execution for IT and Government projects. You will work with cross-functional teams, manage scope and timelines, and communicate progress to customers and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and analytical thinking, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within scope. Experience with PMI-style methodologies is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management/coordination for IT or Government projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Solid interpersonal, leadership, and analytical abilities with business insight.
• Experience driving process improvements.
• Able to work in teams or independently; capable of motivating teams and mediating conflicts.
• Excellent customer-facing and internal communication abilities.
• Strong multitasking and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Technical knowledge of related solutions is a plus.
• PM certification is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and use project management methodologies based on PMI and related approaches for IT/ Government projects.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for Services projects.
• Manage project requirements, scope, timelines and perform regular customer cadences.
• Establish metrics and reporting procedures; manage changes in operational plans.
• Manage project requirements and scope/change management issues.
• Develop and present content effectively to stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on project activities.
• Collaborate with the Resource Management Office to manage staffing needs.
