ASK M&E PTE. LTD. seeks a motivated BIM Modeller to manage day-to-day BIM tasks on a project, support the team, ensure quality and compliance, and translate client requirements into model strategies.

You will develop detailed 3D BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems, generate shop drawings, coordinate with engineers, and ensure drawings meet project standards and submission schedules. Collaboration and attention to detail are essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years BIM modelling experience in plumbing and sanitary works.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil or Building Services Engineering.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems, including fixtures, pipes, and layouts, using ME12.
• Generate quality work in BIM modelling, shop drawings and meet the submission schedule.
• Ensure all drawings are prepared in accordance with the standards set by project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers and team members on drawing updates and revisions.
• Perform other drafting related duties as assigned by supervisor.
