Job summary

Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC) in Singapore seeks a PlayTogether Programme Lead to plan, deliver weekend sessions and coordinate volunteers for an inclusive kids club initiative. You will develop activities that encourage participation, movement and confidence for children with disabilities and their families.

As a hands-on role, you will recruit and coordinate coaches and volunteers, manage logistics and budgets, and collaborate with schools and community partners to grow

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Sports Management, Community Development, Social Sciences, Education, Events or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in community programmes, youth programmes, sports or volunteering.
• Experience with children, families or volunteers is advantageous.
• Weekend work is required for PlayTogether.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver PlayTogether sessions, including calendar, activities, staffing and on-site operations.
• Develop engaging activities to promote participation, movement, social connection and confidence.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and caregivers and use feedback to improve.
• Coordinate coaches, instructors, volunteers and partners to ensure quality sessions.
• Identify partnerships and resources to grow the programme.
• Manage budgets, resources and logistics; track participation and outcomes.
• Ensure safety, safeguarding and operational standards are maintained.
