Job summary

AMPHENOL FCI CONNECTORS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a maintenance technician to organize schedules for plating equipment, install and modify machines, and perform general electrical maintenance to ensure continuous operation.

The role requires a diploma in electrical or mechanical fields and at least 3 years in maintenance. You will read electrical drawings, use AutoCAD, and coordinate with vendors for repairs while committing to overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently with minimal guidance

Responsibilities

• Organize maintenance schedule for plating equipment
• Carry out installation and modification of machines and equipment
• Perform general maintenance on plating line equipment (motors, pumps, rectifiers)
• Perform electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Liaise with vendors for repairs and process improvements
• Purchase components and spare parts to minimize costs
• Daily/periodic checks, recordkeeping, and feedback on plating equipment for continuous operation
• Support DI/waste treatment operations

Job description

To Be Accomplished :

• Organize the maintenance schedule for all equipment in Plating
• Carry out installation and modification of machines and equipment
• Carry out all general maintenance work on plating line equipment, ie motor, pump rectifier etc.
• Carry out general electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Liaise with vendor to do repair on equipment or process, cleanness
• Purchase component and spare part related to electrical and control item to minimize the cost
• Daily / periodic check, record and feedback all plating equipment for continuous operation
• Support DI/waste treatment operation

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical
• More than 3 years of working experience in maintenance environment
• Able to read electrical drawing and Autocad experience
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
• Willing to overtime when required
