Job summary

ByteDance in Singapore is seeking a self-motivated software engineer to help build platform tooling for large-scale data center operations. You will design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software, interact with internal teams to raise productivity, and bring new ideas into our platform.

The role requires a BS in CS or equivalent, 3+ years of experience with Golang or Python, familiarity with web stacks, and ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with two or more of: web app development, Unix/Linux, distributed/ parallel systems, networking, large software systems.
• Experience with DICM/ITOM/ITSM or equivalent IT management domains.
• Experience with GPU, big data (Hadoop/Kafka/Apache) or streaming/computing is a plus.
