Job summary

Societe Generale in Singapore seeks a skilled professional to support equity derivatives trading and client onboarding. You will manage paperwork, automate processes, and develop new client segments while coordinating with Traders, Sales, and IT teams.

You will build Excel/Data models, apply light coding in VBA/Python, and maintain strong client relationships across Asia-Pacific markets.

Qualifications

• Academic background and certifications referenced in the posting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or higher; strong operational skills.
• Willingness to understand global markets with focus on Asian equities.
• Technical skills for Equity Derivatives including options, greeks, and Delta One swaps.
• Excel/Data skills; light coding in VBA/Python is a plus.
• Sales & Marketing skills with client orientation.
• Ability to interact and collaborate across desks (Trading, Strategy & Engineering).
• Behavioral focus on client relationships, teamwork and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Submit incentive paperwork and automate related tasks for clients.
• Conduct white space analysis and develop sales pipelines from client lists.
• Organize and maintain a centralized Sales database.
• Analyze coalition data against targets and identify new prospects.
• Develop segments, e.g., Family Office, for targeted outreach.
• Ensure trades are booked and allocated to client accounts; manage margins.
• Support onboarding with KYC, portfolio setup, and reporting configurations.
• Collaborate with Traders, Sales, Middle & Back Office, and IT teams.
• Monitor and improve algo-related processes and performance.
