Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering or math-related field.
• Fresh graduate or <1 year experience welcome to apply.
• Prior internship in investment banking or financial services is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across stakeholders.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; VBA skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales activities reporting.
• Assist in account opening process and client admin matters.
• Organize client events - invites, attendance, materials and venue.
• Follow up on client pricing requests.
• Ensure trades are booked timely and accurately.
