Job summary

Societe Generale in Singapore seeks a metrics-driven professional to support equity derivative activities, optimize client onboarding, and coordinate cross-functional teams for a seamless client experience.

You will handle data analysis, reconcile trades and margins, and contribute to strategic sales initiatives while developing technical skills in Asian equities and related tools. Strong collaboration with Traders, Sales, and IT is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or above.
• Experience in equity derivatives or trading environments is preferred.
• Willingness to understand global markets and enhance technical skills, especially in Asian equities.

Responsibilities

• Submit paperwork for exchange incentive programs and automate tasks.
• Conduct white space analysis and pipeline development; identify new client segments.
• Organize and maintain centralized Sales database.
• Analyze coalition data against prospective targets and run gap analyses.
• Ensure trades are booked and allocated to client accounts; manage margins.
• Handle client requests, onboarding operations, and reporting configuration.
• Collaborate with Traders, Sales, Middle & Back Office, IT for seamless client experiences.
• Monitor and improve the performance of trading algorithms.

Job description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Exchange incentive program paperwork submission for clients and tasks automations
• White Space analysis (Sales Research), pipeline / opportunities development: shortlist new prospects from client lists (received from event organizer, industry portals,) identify new client segments, for example Family Office study.
• Organizing our Sales database into centralized location and maintain it.
• Analyzing Coalition Data against some of the Prospects we are interested in targeting.
• Running gap analysis across all market activities, for existing EQD client execution with potential Prime opportunities, clients who use our SG analytical tools, come up with a list who may benefit for us to target.
• Ensures all trades are booked and allocated to client accounts.
• Manage trade related breaks, client reporting, margin requirements and reporting.
• Manage client requests and elevate accordingly.
• Assist in client onboarding operationally including portfolio setup, KYC document collection, reporting configuration, trade confirmations and margin requirements.
• Work closely with other teams (Traders, Sales, Middle & Back Office, IT) to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Improve and help with monitoring of Algos.

Profile required

Profile Requirements:

• Academic Background and Certifications, Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or above;

Operational Skills

• Show willingness to understand global markets and increase technical skills and knowledge with a focus on Asian equities
• Technical skills for Equity Derivatives – options, greeks knowledge, Delta One Swaps
• Technical skills for Excel / Data, light coding (VBA / python) knowledge a plus
• Sales & Marketing skills, client-oriented
• Can interact, communicate and work well with team members and other desks / divisions (Trading, Strategy & Engineering)
