A dynamic fintech startup is seeking a Platform & Reliability Engineer to architect reliable systems for seamless payment transactions. You will define and track performance metrics, manage cloud resources, and establish incident management processes. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in platform engineering, with fluency in GCP and programming skills in Python or Go. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building/operating production systems at scale, ideally in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on fluency with Firebase, Cloud Build, Cloud Run/Functions.
• Strong coding skills in Python or Go.

Responsibilities

• Define, track, and evangelize reliability targets for our payment APIs.
• Establish blameless postmortems and guardrails.
• Manage GCP resources using Infrastructure as Code.
