Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a Program Manager to lead a suite of application‑level programs, driving Change and Run capabilities with a focus on customer experience, security, and scalable delivery.

You will shape the tech roadmap, manage budgets, and mentor project managers while coordinating with Architecture, Engineering and regional teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes across the bank's technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large technology programs across Change, Run, Risk, Finance and People domains.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery, align with business strategy and technology roadmap.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Engineering and regional teams for scalable solutions.
• Drive delivery governance, budgets, roadmaps and milestones.
• Lead incident management, platform stability and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement governance, controls and risk remediation.
