OCBC (Singapore) seeks a Program Director to ensure a consistent, seamless, and secure customer experience across all interfaces, driving alignment in technology stack, architecture, and design patterns for scalability and speed of delivery.

The role leads Change, Run, Risk, and Financial Management within a large BPM program, shaping the technology roadmap and delivering competitive digital capabilities for customers and stakeholders across Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product owner/project management experience in large BPM programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive delivery across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery and align with business strategy and technology roadmap.
• Own end-to-end delivery of business and technology outcomes and optimise value.
• Drive platform stability, incident management, and operational excellence.
• Manage budgets, governance, and regulatory compliance for the platform.
• Lead scrum masters and build capability across regional teams.
