Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced IAM Platform Engineer to design, implement and operate identity and access management systems.

You will manage AD/Entra ID, LDAP, PKI and federated identities, develop automation using PowerShell or Python, and collaborate with agencies and partners to ensure secure, compliant identity services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IAM, platform engineering or automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity/IAM, including AD, AD FS, Entra ID, LDAP, PKI.
• Solid understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC) and Kerberos.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API for identity administration and automation.
• Strong scripting/automation skills using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Experience with identity governance, security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API .

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder management skills.


• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent experience.

Preferred

• Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate or Azure Security Engineer certification.


• Experience with shared/federated identity platforms across multiple organisations or agencies.


• Exposure to Azure, AWS, DevOps or CI/CD practices.
