Job summary

Xtremax is seeking a candidate to help run Exposure Management platforms, working with cybersecurity teams, engineers, and stakeholders to enhance security visibility and resilience. You will contribute to platform operations, vulnerability management, automation, and cloud-native security initiatives across complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in platform operations, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity operations, or exposure management-related roles.
• Experience with cloud-native environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience integrating platforms using APIs, automation scripts, or workflow orchestration tools.
• Proficiency in Python scripting, API integration, or automation development is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, CMDB, ticketing, or asset management platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support operations of Exposure Management platforms including handling support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and monitoring platform performance.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and optimise Exposure Management products such as Attack Surface Management, Vulnerability Management, and Cloud Security Posture Management platforms.
• Support stakeholders in interpreting security posture and vulnerability reports.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support onboarding and integration activities.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations with third-party and internal platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, CMDB, ticketing, and asset management systems.
• Develop and maintain scripts, APIs, and automation workflows for user management, platform maintenance, and operational processes.
• Create dashboards, reports, technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and engineering teams to improve platform effectiveness and operational standards.
• Support data ingestion, platform optimisation, and operational maintenance activities across cloud-native environments.
• Provide operational support for incidents and platform-related activities when required.

As part of our public sector projects, you will work closely with cybersecurity teams, engineers, and stakeholders to support and enhance Exposure Management platforms across complex enterprise environments.

You will be part of fast-paced, collaborative teams responsible for platform operations, vulnerability management, automation, and cloud-native security initiatives while contributing to mission-critical cybersecurity operations and digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support operations of Exposure Management platforms including handling support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and monitoring platform performance

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in platform operations, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity operations, or exposure management-related roles
• Experience working with cloud-native environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, attack surface management, cloud security posture management, or external threat intelligence platforms
• Experience integrating platforms using APIs, automation scripts, or workflow orchestration tools
• Proficiency in Python scripting, API integration, or automation development is highly preferred
• Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, CMDB, ticketing, or asset management platforms is an advantage
• Good understanding of Linux environments and modern infrastructure operations practices
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation-driven operations is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative and fast-paced operational environments
