Job summary

OCBC Bank invites applications for a Platform Lead and System Owner for its Consumer Internet and Mobile Banking platforms. You will ensure a seamless and secure customer experience across online and mobile channels, driving architecture alignment and scalable delivery.

You will lead Change, Run, Risk, and Financial Management domains, shaping the bank's digital identity while delivering high-quality, measurable outcomes through strong leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with delivery focus.
• High ownership and entrepreneurial spirit to drive outcomes.
• Ability to think out of the box and guide digital transformation.
• 12+ years of experience as Product Owner/Project Manager in large-scale BPM programs.
• Proven people leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
