Job summary

Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) seeks a Platform Engineer to develop, administer, and optimise CI/CD platforms for the application development lifecycle. You will collaborate with developers and product teams, implement automation, and drive DevSecOps practices.

The role requires hands-on experience with Linux/Windows, scripting, GitLab/Git, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud services. You will join a cross-functional team focused on digital transformation and delivering scalable

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the listed tools.
Hands-on Linux/Windows administration, scripting, and automation.
Experience with CI/CD, GitLab, Git, and related tooling.
Experience deploying and operating microservices in cloud-native environments.
Familiarity with security and patch management practices.
Background in DevOps and agile development.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, implement, maintain, administer and improve IT infrastructure and CI/CD platforms.
Collaborate with Product Team to onboard new products and improve processes.
Collaborate with Infosec on security best practices across apps and infra.
Work with DevSecOps and other teams to improve platforms and processes.
Own, recover and improve from incidents.
Manage procurement from requirements to award.
Manage vendor-based implementation projects.
Develop policies and tools for changes to IT infra and CI/CD.
Share knowledge and promote DevOps culture across teams.
Manage hosting environments via code and implement tooling.
