Job summary

The Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) ITD invites a Platform Engineer to join a cross-functional squad that builds, operates and optimises CI/CD platforms supporting application development. You will work with developers, designers and security specialists to automate and secure the software lifecycle, enabling faster delivery and reliable operations.

You will contribute to platform provisioning, incident handling, and collaboration with product teams to onboard new applications while

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting the listed tools.
• Linux and Windows operating systems knowledge.
• Scripting: Bash and PowerShell (Python optional).
• Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices and agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and improve IT infrastructure and CI/CD platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Team to onboard new products and improve processes.
• Collaborate with Infosec on security best practices for apps and infra.
• Own, recover and improve from incidents and outages.
• Manage procurement, requirements, and vendor implementation projects.
• Develop policies and tools for changes to IT infra and CI/CD platforms.
• Share knowledge and promote DevOps culture across teams.
• Provide hosting environments via code and automate provisioning.
