Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a Platform Engineer in Singapore to build, enhance, and secure scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will work from the office, collaborate across teams, and oversee provisioning, changes, and incident response to support rapid product development.

The role emphasizes hands-on Linux, scripting, IaC, and cloud expertise, with strong collaboration and security focus to maintain high availability and performance at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Linux systems and infrastructure.
• Proficient in Bash/PowerShell scripting and Git-based workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, VSTS) and IaC (Ansible/Terraform).
• Familiarity with cloud (AWS) and database tech (Redis, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, maintain, and improve IT infrastructure and CI/CD platforms.
• Collaborate with ProductTeam to onboard products to the platform and streamline development.
• Work with Infosec to implement security best practices across apps and infra.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps and other teams to optimize platforms and processes.
• Own, recover, and improve from incidents.
• Manage procurement from requirements to award; oversee vendor projects.
• Develop policies and tooling to manage changes to infrastructure and CI/CD.
• Share knowledge and promote DevOps culture across teams.
• Provision hosting environments via code and automate tooling.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Platform Engineer to join our team in building, maintaining, and optimizing robust infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience and excels in ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of our platforms.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, implement,maintain, administer, support and improve IT infrastructure and CI/CD platformthat are used to support application development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the ProductTeam to onboard new product to the platform and to improve the existingapplication development process.
• Collaborate with Infosec Teamon implementing security best practices on the applications, IT infrastructureand CI/CD platform.
• Collaborate internally withinDevSecOps Team as well as with other teams to improve IT infrastructure, CI/CDplatform and processes used for application development lifecycle.
• Own, recover and improve fromincidents.
• Manage procurement, fromissuing requirements until award.
• Manage implementation projectsoutsourced to external vendors.
• Develop policies, proceduresand tools that manage changes to IT infrastructure and CI/CDplatform.
• Share the knowledge andknow-how to others; work with other team members to adopt and improve DevOpsculture.
• Manage and provision hostingenvironments through code and implement tools to do so.

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of hands-onexperience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting the followingtools:
• Operating system: Linux(Redhat/Ubuntu) and MS Windows
• Scripting: Bash and PowerShellwith python(optional)
• Repository and ContinuousIntegration/Continuous Delivery: GitLab, MS VSTS, Git
• Testing tool: Playwright
• Container/ContainerOrchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, EKS and Helm Charts
• Logging/Telemetry: Elastic andOTEL
• Visualisations: Kibana
• Security: Sonarqube, Gitlab SEP(Scan Execution Policy) and PEP (Pipeline Execution Policy).
