Job summary

Synapxe is seeking a DevOps/DevSecOps Platform Engineer to enable CI/CD adoption on the HIP platform in Singapore. You will build pipelines, automate tasks, and support onboarding of application teams to deliver secure and reliable software.

The role requires 3–6 years in DevOps/Platform Engineering and strong scripting skills. You will collaborate with the Core Platform Capability team to enhance platform capabilities and provide Level 2/3 support.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
3–6 years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps/Platform Engineering.
Strong understanding of CI/CD implementations and platform operations.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar DevSecOps platforms.
Scripting/automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar.
Experience with Ansible, infrastructure automation, and configuration management.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding activities and setup of build and release pipelines on the HIP platform.
Collaborate with application teams to implement platform solutions aligned with HIP Platform Solution Architecture.
Configure, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support project delivery.
Develop automation scripts, Ansible playbooks, templates, and reusable platform capabilities.
Provide Level 2 & 3 support for platform capabilities, including troubleshooting and incident analysis.
Contribute to continuous improvement across platform capabilities and services.
