Job summary

Singtel Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Enterprise Platforms Engineering team. You will design, build and automate software development infrastructure to support internal tools and platform development, collaborating with engineering and technology teams to ensure reliable deployment and adherence to IT, security and architecture standards.

You will foster DevOps best practices, cloud strategy and automation across cloud environments, and mentor teams

Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps engineering for complex systems.
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Strong Linux (Ubuntu) experience.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and containerised environments.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of IaC and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement and automate CI/CD pipelines across development, staging and production environments.
• Develop and maintain DevOps engineering standards and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment consistency, reliability and automation.
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and automated application deployments.
• Develop tools and scripts to automate deployment and operational processes.
• Guide project teams toward solutions aligned with architecture, security, and engineering principles.
