A leading Southeast Asian superapp is seeking a Head of Platform & Autonomous Fleet Operations to architect its operational strategies. The role requires vision and execution skills to build a multi-disciplinary team while designing processes for supply management and compliance. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in operations leadership, particularly within fast-paced environments like ride-hailing and logistics. Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of operations leadership experience, especially in Internet Marketplaces or high-growth Tech Ops.
• Proven track record of launching new markets or operational hubs.
• Experience managing large, distributed teams (30+ people).
• Ability to remain calm during operational incidents.
• Knowledge in regulatory compliance within tech or transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design organizational structure and operational playbooks.
• Own P&L and resource planning for platform operations.
• Lead strategic expansion and regulatory discussions.
• Manage executive stakeholder interactions.
• Oversee marketplace supply management.
• Establish quality control and compliance standards.
• Manage a 24/7 Command Centre for marketplace monitoring.
• Create crisis response frameworks for incidents.
