GrabRentals in Singapore is seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Head of Platform & Autonomous Operations to architect our operational footprint from the ground up. In this high-impact leadership role, you will build the organization, processes, and culture required to scale our marketplace supply safely and efficiently.

You will recruit and lead a multi-disciplinary team across Supply Quality & Compliance, Real-Time Marketplace Operations, and Field/Partner Support.

Responsibilities

• Organizational Leadership: design SOPs and playbooks for the platform supply lifecycle.
• P&L & Resource Management: own planning for operations, facilities, and supply.
• Strategic Expansion: lead roadmap and regulatory discussions for scaling fleet sizes.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: engage with C-suite across AV ecosystem partners.
• Marketplace Liquidity & Health: oversee supply lifecycle to maximize availability.
• Quality & Compliance Standards: establish quality controls and compliance schedules.
• Real-Time Network Management: manage 24/7 Command Centre for monitoring.
• Trust & Safety Incident Response: coordinate field teams, legal, Trust & Safety, PR.
