Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a food manufacturing plant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with relevant end-to-end manufacturing experience.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of Best Practices in the FMCG industry.
• Strong change management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning and scheduling from start to finish.
• Review blueprints and technical specs to match requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce safety rules.
• Serve as liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Track costs, materials, and equipment needs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Logistics, and RDQ on innovation and compliance projects.
• Benchmark best practices and sourcing to deliver client-focused solutions.
