Job summary

ICON OUTSOURCING in Singapore is seeking a Project and Plant Operations Leader to align and drive the evaluation, development and execution of SEA BU Business Development and Engineering projects. The role focuses on Jurong Plant initiatives, supervising plant projects and ensuring customer service alignment with annual and strategic goals.

The role requires coordinating with Operations, Finance, Logistics and RDQ, and ensuring MI/FSSC/ISO, HSE guidelines are observed for audits and continuous

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing environments is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical, planning and coordination parts of the assigned project from start to finish.
• Create project timelines, milestones and scheduling to keep work on track.
• Read blueprints, design drawings and technical specs to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce health and safety rules.
• Serve as the main link between clients, contractors, managers and workers for updates and issue resolution.
• Monitor costs, materials, and equipment to support project delivery.
• Coordinate with Jurong Plant Operations, Finance, Logistics and RDQ for Innovation/NP D commercialization and productivity initiatives.
• Leverage best practices and sourcing to meet client standards.
