Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering with 3–5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore regulations and process engineering experience.
• Experience in a multinational chemical company is ideal.
• Energy Manager certification (NEA) advantageous.
• English language is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering skills and provide solutions for project or process issues.
• Maintain PSI-related documentation including Plant P&IDs and drawings.
• Lead process-related MOC activities and review site MOCs.
• Manage small capital projects to support maintenance and improvements.
• Collaborate with management and teams to identify and implement projects.
• Stay updated on process changes and their business impacts.
• Lead programs to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify and implement ideas to optimize costs and productivity.
• Recommend equipment to improve capacity, quality, and cost efficiency.
