Job summary

ECO SPECIAL WASTE MANAGEMENT PTE LTD is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment, inspect and take corrective actions, and keep detailed maintenance records. You will help minimize breakdowns and downtime by identifying problems and conducting overhauls and routine servicing of pumps, motors, fans, and other machinery.

The role requires a NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years’ maintenance experience in a process

Qualifications

Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in Process Plant.
Strong practical and technical skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment as instructed.
Inspect equipment and take corrective actions.
Update preventive maintenance records (history card checklist).
Record daily job activities in the logbook.
Minimize equipment breakdowns and downtime through effective problem identification.
Overhaul and maintain fans, blowers, pumps, motors and other equipment.
Install new equipment and inspect to ensure reliable operation.
