Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in Singapore's construction or engineering industry to oversee electrical aspects from planning to handover. You will review designs, monitor contractors, and ensure safety, schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance across projects such as commercial buildings, data centres, hospitals, or high-end residences.

Responsibilities cover design planning, site supervision, testing, and handover.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Degree from a university recognized by Singapore's Professional Engineers Board (PEB) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Design & Planning Stage: Prepare electrical requirements based on business and operational needs; review electrical designs and calculations; suggest cost-saving improvements; ensure compliance with BCA Green Mark and Singapore standards; support tender reviews and evaluate quotations.
• Construction & Project Management: Monitor site electrical works; coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders; review variation orders and EOT requests; ensure workplace safety on site.
• Testing & Handover: Oversee testing and commissioning of electrical systems; follow up on defect rectification during warranty/defect liability period; ensure as-built drawings and manuals are handed over to facilities management.

PEB-recognized university preferred
