GOODPACK IBC (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Planning Support Coordinator in Singapore to provide operational and administrative support to the Southeast Asia planning and Singapore order fulfilment teams.

You will compile reports, monitor demand and supply, track orders and assist with data consolidation to support scheduling decisions. The role is a 9-month contract requiring strong data management, attention to detail, and coordination across internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates who can commit to the full contract duration will be preferred.
  • Experience in demand planning, supply coordination or inventory management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and SAP is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to work with large datasets and pivot tables.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Support demand & supply planning activities through data consolidation and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of planning reports and files.
  • Support the planning team in ensuring data accuracy and timely communication of planning information.
  • Monitor shipment status, delivery updates and inventory movements for order fulfilment.
  • Maintain operational trackers and coordinate updates related to demand & supply changes.
  • Ensure fulfilment records & supporting documentation are updated and properly maintained.
  • Compile and maintain routine planning, inventory and operational reports.
  • Prepare meeting materials, record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for planning and order fulfilment activities.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting and operational tasks as assigned.

Job description

The Planning Support Coordinator provides operational and administrative support tothe Southeast Asia planningandSingapore order fulfilment teams. The role is responsible for report compilation, demand and supply monitoring, order fulfilment tracking, planning administration, and data consolidation to support planning decisions and ensure smooth supply chain operations. The position primarily works with internal stakeholders and requires strong attention to detail, data management, and coordination skills.

This is a 9-months contract role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demand & Supply Planning
  • Support demand & supply planning activities through data consolidation and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of planning reports and files.
  • Support the planning team in ensuring data accuracy and timely communication of planning information.
Order Fulfilment Support
  • Support order fulfilment operations by monitoring shipment status, delivery updates and inventory movements.
  • Maintain operational trackers and coordinate updates related to demand & supply changes.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Communication: Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams
  • Administrative Support: Proficient in coordinating planning activities, maintaining documentation, preparing meeting materials and taking meeting minutes accurately and efficiently.
  • Team Player: Works well under the guidance of the Assistant Manager and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrates a meticulous approach to reviewing reports, tracking updates and ensuring accuracy in all planning and administrative deliverables.
