Job summary

Prefab Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a Planning Manager (Precast) to join our team in Singapore. You will coordinate and optimise project planning, scheduling and resource allocation for precast manufacturing and construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and at least 5 years in planning. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera, strong analytics and stakeholder management are

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project management within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience in precast concrete manufacturing or construction projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of BIM and construction methodologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and timelines for precast manufacturing and construction activities.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure effective planning and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress against baselines and identify delays or risks.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, including KPIs and variance analysis.
• Manage and optimise material procurement schedules to support production and delivery requirements.
• Liaise with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to align on timelines and milestones.
• Conduct regular planning reviews and update schedules based on project developments and changes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance planning efficiency and project delivery.
• Support the project management team in cost control and budget management activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.

About the role

Prefab Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a Planning Manager (Precast) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role is based in the Kaki Bukit East Region and is central to the successful delivery of our precast manufacturing and construction projects. As Planning Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for our precast operations. This position is integral to ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, whilst maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

What we’re looking for

• Detail‑oriented approach with strong organisational and time‑management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
