Job summary

SeaOwl is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Engineer for our project team in Singapore. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and monitoring integrated project schedules to ensure successful execution of EPC and offshore projects.

Close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will support planning, progress monitoring, reporting, and project controls throughout the lifecycle. The position is a contract role based in Singapore, with standard working hours and a project end date of 31

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
3+ years planning experience in EPC, offshore, oil & gas, renewables, or industrial construction.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Monitor progress vs baseline schedule and identify delays or risks.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and subcontractors for progress updates.
Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports, including S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and progress analysis.
Support manpower planning, resource allocation, and forecasting of project requirements.
Assist Project Manager and Controls team with schedule recovery, change management, and risk analysis.
Prepare as-built schedules and planning documentation for close-out.
