Job summary

Ramo Industries Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Scheduling Engineer to support the Project Manager with Level 2–4 construction schedules using Primavera P6. You will monitor progress, prepare S-curves, and coordinate with clients and contractors to keep projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a Civil Engineering background with 5–8 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Primavera P6; tender submissions experience is a plus for project wins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Must have experience in Level 4 planning.
• Must have working experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience in tender submissions will be an added advantage.
• Experience in building and civil construction projects with a main contractor.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing Level 2 to Level 4 construction schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring projects are planned within budget, resources, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and plans for new project proposals.
• Prepare progress S-curves, coordinate and attend meetings with clients and contractors.
• Prepare project progress summaries.
• Prepare scheduling documents and construction planning documentation for tender submissions and project execution.
• Perform project performance analysis, including earned value analysis, by evaluating man-hour resources and contractor productivity.
• Prepare progress reports, develop and update progress curves, and prepare briefing materials to measure and assess progress.
• Maintain logical and integrated schedules in Primavera P6 to identify problem areas and alert the project team.
