ARSOCIA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Controls professional in Singapore to manage project execution planning, scheduling and controls.

The role involves coordinating with the project team, preparing execution and logistic plans, and handling contract time analyses. Experience in Singapore's construction industry with proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is required. The candidate should be adept at preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and handling ad hoc duties

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Singapore's Construction industry.
• Must have knowledge using Primavera (P6), MS Project software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Project Controls including Contract Administration for Time Analysis.
• Analyze, prepare and apply Extension of Time for Completion.

Job Description:

• Prepare Project Execution Plan/ Logistic Plan/ Construction Plan.
• Project Controls including Contract Administration for Time Analysis/ Implications, preparing and serving Contractual Notices (Time Implications)
• Analyze, prepare and apply Extension of Time for Completion.
• Coordinate with Project Team.
• Prepare and submit weekly/ monthly project status (Site progress) to document controller for weekly/ monthly report compilation.
• Ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field in Singapore’s Construction industry.
• Must have the knowledge using Primavera (P6), MS Project software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
