Public Service Division in Singapore is seeking a skilled urban planning professional to shape masterplans and sustainable urban design for JTC industrial estates. You will contribute to planning strategies, guidelines, and typology studies across mixed-use developments.

The role requires a background in Architecture with Urban Design and/or Urban Planning, plus 3+ years in related projects and GIS-based spatial analysis or parametric modelling.

Qualifikationen

• Background in Architecture with Urban Design and/or Urban Planning.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in urban planning and/or urban design projects.
• GIS-based spatial analysis and/or parametric modelling skills would be an advantage.

[What the role is]

You will develop masterplans, planning and urban design strategies, environmentally sustainable concepts and formulate urban design guidelines for JTC industrial estates.

You will carry out GIS-based spatial analysis to support the planning strategies and recommendations. You will also carry out various urban design typology studies and research to support the mixed-use development for JTC industrial planning projects.

[What we are looking for]

Background in Architecture with Urban Design and/or Urban Planning. Having at least 3 years of relevant working experience in urban planning and/or urban design projects as well as GIS-based spatial analysis and/or parametric modelling skills would be an advantage.
