Job summary

ALWAYSHIRED PTE. LTD. is seeking a business operations professional in Tampines to manage planning, delivery and supply issues for assigned customer accounts. The role focuses on coordinating production schedules, resolving inquiries, and communicating status updates to customers.

The ideal candidate will bring SAP/MRP knowledge as an advantage and be proficient in Microsoft Excel to analyze data and improve supply chain performance. On-site work in Tampines is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply issues.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc updates/reports to customers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets
• Participate in continues improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.

• Salary up to $4000

• Working time: 830am - 530pm, 7am - 3pm OR 3pm - 11pm (Can Choose )

• Work Location : Tampines (Near IKEA)

• Work Day : Monday / Friday OR Wednesday - Sunday ( Work from Home on Saturday & Sunday)
