Responsibilities

• Contribute to architecture and design decisions, and provide technical guidance on cloud and observability solutions.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure based on business requirements.
• Build and manage observability solutions covering metrics, logs, and traces (e.g., Grafana stack).
• Develop and maintain automation scripts or infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) templates.
• Implement security best practices to protect cloud resources, data, and applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimise system performance and reliability.
• Integrate cloud services with existing on‑premises systems or other cloud environments.
• Maintain clear documentation of architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of cloud frameworks and services with experience in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in Grafana and supporting observability tools (Prometheus, Loki, OpenTelemetry), including dashboarding, monitoring, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with automation scripting and infrastructure‑as‑code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Proficiency in implementing and configuring cloud services, including virtual machines, containers, serverless functions, networking, and storage.
• Experience managing and maintaining large‑scale distributed systems.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
• Demonstrates a systematic approach to problem solving.
• Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.
