Job summary

Homeground Gym & Pilates at Clementi, Singapore, is hiring a full-time Pilates Instructor & Gym/Studio Operations Staff to join a small team. You will teach Pilates classes, assist members at the front desk, and help run day-to-day studio operations across both Clementi and future Bishan branches.

• Qualified Pilates instructor
• Experience in fitness/wellness environment
• Strong communication and service mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pilates classes
• Welcome and assist gym & Pilates members
• Manage bookings, enquiries and front desk operations
• Handle WhatsApp and member communications
• Support gym and studio day-to-day operations, including cleanliness
• Ensure environment is clean, comfortable and ready for members/classes
• Help create a positive member experience
• Support team with general operational coordination
