ALIGNE STUDIO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking freelance Pilates instructors to join our new Sembawang studio, specializing in small-group Reformer and Tower classes.

We handle marketing, client acquisition, and scheduling so you can focus on teaching, guide clients toward improved wellness, and build a supportive community through engaging sessions and clear coaching. Availability includes morning and/or evening slots, with potential for full-time arrangements for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Tower Pilates teaching experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication; guide clients of all levels.
• Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve wellness.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamic Group Classes: conduct Reformer and Tower classes with up to 6 students.
• Guide Private Sessions: lead 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 sessions with tailored programming.
• Ensure Safety and Form: give verbal cues and hands-on adjustments to ensure alignment.
• Foster a Positive Community: bring energy to sessions and build client relationships.
• Enhance Client Wellness: improve flexibility, posture, and strength with props.
• Program Engaging Routines: design safe, creative sequences for all levels.

We are a boutique, community-focused Pilates studio expanding into the heart of Sembawang, and we are looking for dedicated instructors to join our growing family.

We handle the business operations—including marketing, client acquisition, and scheduling—so you can dedicate your energy to inspiring our clients on their fitness journeys. What You Will Do

• Lead Dynamic Group Classes: Conduct Reformer and Tower classes with a maximum of 6 students, ensuring a highly personalized and focused environment. (Experience teaching Tower Pilates is highly preferred).

• Guide Private Sessions: Lead 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 private sessions, tailoring programming to meet each client’s unique goals and physical needs.

• Ensure Safety and Form: Provide clear verbal cues, tactile modifications, and hands-on adjustments to guarantee proper alignment and safety.

• Foster a Positive Community: Bring your unique energy to every session, building strong client relationships and ensuring everyone feels motivated and supported.

• Enhance Client Wellness: Guide clients toward improved flexibility, posture, and strength by integrating props such as resistance bands, stability balls, and weights.

• Program Engaging Routines: Utilize your expertise to design creative, safe, and challenging sequences suitable for all skill levels.

Who You Are

• A Clear Communicator: You possess excellent verbal communication skills and the patience to guide clients of all experience levels.

• Technically Proficient: You have a deep understanding of Pilates principles, with extensive knowledge of Reformer and Tower exercises. (new instructors with the right amount of passion are welcome as well!)

• Deeply Passionate: You are genuinely invested in physical fitness and helping others achieve long-term wellness.

Availability

We are primarily looking for freelance instructors available to commit to morning and/or evening slots. However, for the right candidate, we are open to discussing full-time or part-time arrangements.
