Job summary

The Movement Academy Pte. Ltd. is seeking an organised Operations/Programme Coordinator to manage Pilates education programmes, ensuring smooth delivery, timely support for students and educators, and efficient administration of courses, mentoring, examinations and certification processes.

You will coordinate course delivery, liaise with Education Director, promote programmes, and manage related logistics and finance. Pilates experience is helpful but not essential; willingness to learn is key.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating courses and instructors.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and details.
• Pilates experience helpful but not essential; quick learner of programmes and processes.

Responsibilities

• Organise delivery and administration of Pilates education programmes.
• Coordinate course scheduling, educator availability and teaching assignments.
• Support students: inquiries, registrations, practice sessions, mentoring and certification follow-up.
• Handle systems and financial administration: course payments, refunds and petty cash.
• Support programme promotion: Shopify content, reports, pricing reviews and market research.
• Coordinate overseas trainers’ travel, requirements and content updates.
