Job summary

R&C Manpower Solution Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a senior leader to design and deliver Pilates, Barre, Gyrotonic programmes for the local market and to mentor instructors. The role also focuses on developing partnerships with hotels and corporate wellness clients.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in fitness management, strong business development and teaching credentials, and experience across multiple markets. English fluency is required; Mandarin is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Management or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in senior/leadership roles.
• Extensive experience in fitness/wellness industry including programme design, teacher training and business operations.
• International teaching/work experience across multiple markets.
• Certifications in Pilates, Barre, Gyrotonic or movement education from recognised bodies.
• Experience developing and delivering professional training/certification programmes.
• Strong business development, strategic planning and client relationship skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, standardise and deliver Pilates/Barre/Gyrotonic programmes for Singapore market.
• Lead instructor training and mentorship programmes, ensuring teaching standards and service excellence.
• Develop movement rehabilitation and functional alignment programmes for diverse client groups.
• Drive business development for fitness centre operations and management consultancy divisions.
• Formulate growth strategies and build partnerships with hotels, corporate clients and wellness institutions.
• Oversee brand positioning, marketing initiatives and client experience strategies.
• Develop business plans, budgets and revenue targets; monitor operational efficiency and profitability.
• Provide consultancy services to wellness businesses on studio operations, business models and staff training.
• Represent the company at industry events and build strategic stakeholder relationships.
