Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Pilates teaching experience, training, and/or certification.
• Ability to communicate and teach Pilates exercises effectively.
• Capability to conduct Pilates classes independently.
• Availability to attend and adhere to scheduled class times.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pilates classes following the scheduled curriculum.
• Guide clients to perform Pilates exercises correctly and safely to prevent injury.
• Prepare teaching materials and class setup in advance according to the schedule.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive environment during classes to enhance client experience.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to support their learning and progress.
• Independently manage and deliver Pilates sessions as assigned.
