Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Physiotherapist to lead rehabilitation services at the Senior Care Centre.

The role involves planning and delivering physiotherapy, developing ICPs with the multidisciplinary team, and providing both individual and group therapies across centre, community, and home settings. You will train caregivers on safe mobility, participate in case discussions, and have access to supervision and continuous learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver physiotherapy rehabilitation services at the Senior Care Centre in collaboration with the Centre Manager and Occupational Therapist.
• Develop and implement Individualised Care Plans (ICPs) in collaboration with caregivers and the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide individual and group therapy in centre-based, community, and home settings.
• Train caregivers and staff on safe mobility practices and functional support techniques.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to ensure holistic care planning.
• Access to supervision, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities.
• Exposure to diverse cases across physical, neurological, intellectual, and sensory disabilities.

Education

Degree in Physiotherapy

Full registration with APHC
