Job summary

PeopleSolve is seeking a qualified physiotherapist in Singapore to assess and manage patients independently, report to the referring doctor, and document records accurately. You will ensure service standards, handle equipment inventory, and participate in training and cross-functional activities within the department and organization.

The ideal candidate holds AHPC registration, a recognized physiotherapy degree or diploma, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Full AHPC registration.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy independently and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Report to referring doctor and other members of the medical team.
• Document patient physiotherapy records accurately.
• Charge patients accurately.
• Comply with clinical and service standards.
• Practice within areas of professional competence and seek clinical support from supervisor / other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
• Collaborate with other healthcare members and participate in case conferences.
• Assist and/or co-lead in projects and activities which supports the goals of the department and organisation at department or institution level.
• Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
• Manage and oversee therapy equipment inventory.
• Contribute to departmental in-service training programmes, home hospital educational talks and external talks/ workshops/ forums/ seminars.
• Review and update of clinical protocols and SOPs.
• Assist in developing, promoting / marketing clinical services.
• Assist in the induction of new physiotherapists.
