Job summary

PeopleSolve in Singapore is seeking a qualified physiotherapist to assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy and implement effective treatment plans. You will document patient records accurately, ensure clinical standards are met, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary discussions.

The role also involves equipment management and contributing to SOP reviews. AHPC registration and 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred, with a strong service

Qualifications

• Recognized Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience and full AHPC registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy independently and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Document patient physiotherapy records accurately.
• Charge patients accurately and update individual performance statistical records regularly.
• Comply with clinical and service standards.
• Practice within areas of professional competence and seek clinical support from supervisor / other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
• Collaborate with other healthcare members and participate in multidisciplinary discussions.
• Manage and oversee therapy equipment inventory.
• Review and update clinical protocols and SOPs.
• Contribute to departmental in-service training programs, hospital educational talks and external talks / workshops / forums / seminars.
• Actively update physiotherapy knowledge and skills.
