Cultivar Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Physiotherapist to assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality home-based physiotherapy services.

Responsibilities include conducting sessions at patients' homes, monitoring progress, educating patients and caregivers, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records to support holistic care.

Formación

• Degree in Physiotherapy or relevant qualification.
• Ideally at least 2 years of clinical experience in Singapore.
• Valid practicing license.
• Able to work independently and manage home-based sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
