POET TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced leader to own end-to-end NPI and industrialization of photonics products, driving cross-functional execution with R&D, engineering, CMs, and OSATs to ensure manufacturing readiness, quality, yield, cost, and schedule targets.

The role requires shaping scalable manufacturing and test processes, managing risks, and leading a high-performing NPI organization across design transfer, process development, qualification, and ramp-up.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Physics, Photonics or related technical discipline.
15+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or operations; 5–8+ years leading NPI programs and ramps.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end NPI strategy and execution for photonics products—from design transfer through qualification and volume ramp.
Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, product engineering, manufacturing, quality, reliability, supply chain, and operations.
Partner with CMs and OSATs across Asia to drive NPI builds, qualification, tooling, and production ramp-up.
Establish scalable manufacturing and test processes for volume production readiness.
Define and track NPI KPIs covering yield, quality, cost, cycle time, and schedule; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Identify and mitigate technical, supply, quality, and schedule risks; ensure qualification and production-readiness requirements are met.
Build and lead a high-performing NPI organization with capabilities in product transfer, process development, ramp, and operational excellence.
