Job summary

CHARLES & KEITH (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a versatile Photographer with strong lighting, styling and composition skills to capture product and editorial content for ecommerce and campaigns. You will work across studio and on-location shoots, leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and output.

The role requires a true all-rounder who can manage shoots end-to-end, collaborate with Creative Content teams, and maintain high-quality visual standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of photography experience with exposure to product and editorial shoots.
• Strong foundation in lighting, styling, composition and color accuracy.
• Proficient in Capture One/Capture Pro, Photoshop (Mac) and Lightroom; familiarity with AI-assisted editing is a plus.
• Retouching experience with color correction and production constraints.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, multi-project environments with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Photograph a wide range of content across studio and on-location settings.

• Conduct set tests, studio prep and location recces.
• Perform image selection, color correction and basic post-production.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity and consistency.
• Explore and recommend AI solutions to streamline studio processes.
• Upload final deliveries via internal systems; ensure accuracy.
• Support studio operations including equipment maintenance and upkeep.
• Assist with interior photography for retail stores when required.
• Collaborate with other photographers across shoots as needed.
• Undertake additional duties to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Photograph a wide range of content including product, model, editorial and campaign shoots (e-commerce, castings, internal events and other initiatives), across both studio and on-location settings


• Execute shoots using both natural and studio lighting (strobes, continuous lights and modifiers), using tethered shooting workflows


• Operate high-tech product imaging machines and DSLR cameras for daily e-commerce production


• Capture products with strong attention to angle, shape, detail and composition to best represent design intent and brand aesthetic


• Work closely with Creative Content teams to support art direction, styling and visual execution across projects


• Source and prepare props, sets and lighting to ensure all shoots meet creative and technical standards


• Prepare products and shoot sets where required (e.g. cleaning, stuffing/shaping bags, sorting products, steaming wardrobe, removing stickers/tags where necessary)


• Conduct set tests, studio preparation and location recces where required


• Perform image selection, color correction and basic post-production using Capture One, Photoshop and AI-assisted editing tools


• Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve productivity, image consistency, turnaround time and asset scalability


• Actively explore and recommend AI solutions to streamline studio processes, improve shoot planning and enhance creative output


• Upload and manage final image deliveries via internal systems and online portals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines


• Support studio operations including equipment maintenance, studio upkeep and continuous workflow optimization


• Assist with interior photography for retail stores when required


• Support and collaborate with other photographers across shoots and projects as needed


• Undertake additional duties as required to support business needs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant photography experience, with proven exposure to both product and editorial photography, preferably in an e-commerce or studio environment


• Strong foundation in photography fundamentals, including lighting, styling, composition and color accuracy


• Proficient in Capture One/Capture Pro, Photoshop (Mac) and Lightroom; familiarity with AI-assisted editing or imaging tools is a strong advantage


• Retouching experience with a solid understanding of color correction and production constraints


• Demonstrated ability to adopt new technologies and apply AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and quality


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines


• Highly organized, detail-oriented and adaptable to last-minute changes in creative direction and execution


• Proactive, hands-on and solutions-oriented with a mindset of continuous improvement


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
