Job summary

SPEECH MASTERY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an enthusiastic Phonics Teacher to deliver engaging lessons to children aged 3 to 7 using established curriculum materials.

Responsibilities include assessing progress, communicating with parents, and maintaining learner records in a supportive, inclusive classroom. Sunday afternoon work is prioritized, with opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Prior teaching experience in phonics, early childhood education, reading programmes, or related fields is preferred.
• ECDA L2/L1 certification or diploma in early childhood, or phonics certifications (e.g., Jolly Phonics, Letterland) is advantageous.
• Passionate about working with young children and helping them grow in reading and language skills.
• Strong communication skills and a clear, pleasant speaking voice.
• Patient, energetic, and able to engage children in fun, interactive learning.
• Able to work on Sunday afternoons (highest priority) and selected weekdays.

Requirements
