• Conduct engaging Phonics and English lessons for young learners.
• Teach letter sounds, blending, pronunciation, reading and basic spelling.
• Prepare and deliver age-appropriate learning activities.
• Monitor students' progress and provide feedback.
• Communicate with parents regarding students' progress when required.
• Create a positive, encouraging and interactive classroom environment.
• Manage students effectively during lessons.
• Prepare simple teaching materials and lesson activities.

Job ResponsibilitiesConduct engaging Phonics and English lessons for young learnersTeach letter sounds, blending, pronunciation, reading and basic spellingPrepare and deliver age-appropriate learning activitiesMonitor students' learning progress and provide feedbackCreate a positive, encouraging and interactive classroom environmentManage students effectively during lessonsCommunicate with parents regarding students' progress when requiredPrepare simple teaching materials and lesson activitiesPerform other teaching-related duties when required

RequirementsPassionate about teaching and working with young childrenPatient, responsible and cheerful personalityGood command of spoken and written EnglishClear pronunciationPrior experience teaching Phonics, English or preschool/primary school children is preferredRelevant Early Childhood, Education or Phonics certification will be an advantageAble to engage children and make lessons fun and interactiveFresh graduates with a passion for teaching are welcome to apply
