EDUFARM Learning Centre LLP in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Phonics Teacher (Part-Time) to support the Lead Teacher in delivering engaging phonics lessons in the afternoon.

You will help maintain a positive classroom, ensure student safety, and assist with routine tasks such as transitions and rest breaks.

Qualifications

• Patient, responsible, and enjoys working with young children.
• Experience in childcare, enrichment, or playgroup settings is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in the afternoon short hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in conducting phonics lessons and ensuring smooth class operations
• Support students to stay engaged and participate actively during lessons
• Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times
• Assist students when needed (e.g. restroom breaks, classroom support)

• Assist the Lead Teacher in conducting phonics lessons and ensuring smooth class operations

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times
• Assist students when needed (e.g. restroom breaks, classroom support)

Requirements

• Minimum PSLE qualification
• Any certification related to working with children is an advantage
• Preferably with experience in childcare, enrichment, or playgroup settings
• Patient, responsible, and enjoys working with young children

Schedule

• One hour class; Once a week (Thursday, 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm)
